Daily Rates –
$40 per night
Weekly Rates –
$175 plus electricity*
Monthly Rates –
$500 plus electricity*
* Electricity is charged at .14¢ per kilowatt-hour.

Deposits –
- Monthly rentals require a $150 deposit. Weekly rentals require a $75 deposit.
- ALL rates are based on TWO people per RV site and require a valid credit card number to guarantee your reservation. If more than 2 people, then please visit the extra guests’ section below.
Extra Guests –
Daily or Nightly – $5/person/day or night for guests 6 and older
Monthly – $40/person/month
Check-in / Check-out –
Check-in is at 12 pm. Check-out is at 11 am. Quiet time is 10 pm – 8 am. Late check-out is allowed without charge up to 1 pm with management approval. Check-outs after 1 pm are allowed, if requested, at $15 per two-hour increment.
Cancellations and Refunds –
- Monthly sites – require a 30-day cancellation notice. If notice is less than 30 days, your deposit will not be refunded.
- Weekly sites – require a 15-day cancellation notice. If notice is less than 14 days, a $15 cancellation fee will apply.
- Daily sites – require a 48-hour cancellation notice. If notice is less than 48 hours, a $15 cancellation fee will apply.
- If a deposit is made with a credit card, a $5 processing charge will be deducted from your refund.
